Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence.
For eligible cases, we may issue:
A replacement item, or
A full refund without requiring a return
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
